Cost of delivery.
On time and on budget.

Calcutab turns half a minute a week from each person into the capital and operating split leaders need with clear visibility of capital burndown on every project.

30 days, up to 5 people, no card.

90 seconds. Sound on.

What it does

Tap the week in
A row per project, a column per day. Tap for half days and whole days. Nobody picks CapEx or OpEx: the project already carries it.
Budgets with a date on them
Set a budget and a timeline. The burndown names the day the money runs out, which is something you can act on six weeks early.
A number that survives questions
Costed at the rate that applied then. Rates are append-only, every change is on the record, and all of it exports to CSV.
Connected to your tickets
Connect Jira and it reads what you worked on. Where a team already estimates, estimated and actual sit side by side per ticket and per epic, so you can see which work was mis-sized.
The Calcutab logging grid: a row per project, a column per weekday, with half days and whole days tapped in and the day totals underneath.

Who it is for

Everyone logging
Thirty seconds on a Friday, and never a conversation about it again.
Project and programme managers
Know whether the work will land before the budget does.
Engineering leaders
Where the team actually went, without running a second process.
Finance and tax
A capitalisation number with the working still attached.

Your data

Tenants are separated by the database itself, not by a WHERE clause somebody can forget. Money is never sent to a browser that may not see it. Jira credentials are encrypted before they are stored. Your organisation is the controller; we process on your instructions.
